Our expert BBQ chef honed his craft in some of Tokyo’s most renowned restaurants and also owned a highly acclaimed smokehouse. His dedication to authentic flavors has earned him a loyal following, many of whom now attend our exclusive events.
Fire Marshal & Assistant Chef Chisako
Behind every great chef is an exceptional team, and Chisa is an indispensable part of ours. A skilled cook with a passion for flavor, her signature Spanish paella is always a crowd favorite, perfectly closing our BBQ experience as the final main dish of the day (しめ).
Beyond her culinary talents, Chisa is the backbone of our kitchen and events, supporting Chef Clayton in every aspect of preparation and execution. Plus, with her Fire Marshal license, she ensures that safety is always a top priority. Whether handling the heat in the kitchen or keeping us secure, Chisako is a true powerhouse behind the scenes!
Support Team Leader Mr. Yone
A longtime friend and devoted supporter of our BBQ events, Mr. Yone is always the first to arrive, ready to ignite the fire and set up the equipment. A vital member of our team, he brings not only skill and dedication but also a warm heart and an ever-present smile!
