Event Timeline
10:00 ~ 11:00
Setting Up
We arrive at the BBQ area around 10:00. We get any equipment needed from the BBQ shop, such as a table, chairs, etc. Then we set up the tarp and BBQs and get the charcoal hot. Guests are welcome to help, but it's totally voluntary.
11:00 ~ 12:00
Start Cooking
We present our salads on the table for you to help yourself. Then we start cooking the easy items such as chicken wings for example, so you can start eating awesome BBQ from around 11:30.
12:00 ~ 15:30
Special BBQ Time
It's time to get serious with our larger items such as roast beef, or spare ribs for example. First we get them smoky using wood chips, then we sear over charcoals and slice the meat! This is the time you get to experience our amazing international barbecue recipes. After these, we make our final main dish, and finish with a dessert.
Warning! After tasting our food, your future barbecue experiences will never be the same!
15:30 ~ 16:00
Wrapping Up
As the BBQ area closes at 16:00, we start to pack up our equipment, clean up from around 15:30 and get ready to leave. Again, helping out is totally voluntary.
Depending on how everyone feels, we often enjoy an after BBQ drink at a local restaurant ;-)

Great food, great friends!
We had an awesome time with some amazing BBQ, featuring shrimp and cheese wrapped with raw ham then smoked and made into tortillas with pineapple salsa. Also picanhya beef steak, buttermilk chicken wings, beef mince and shitake mushroom Scotch eggs, roast beef sushi, and smoky pork spare ribs. The last hour we had some heavy rain, but luckily we had our tarp to shelter under. Even the rain couldn't dampen our good spirits :-)
